Oregon Convention Center's Public Art Collection


"Voices," a series of 26 bronze plaques, is housed in the tower section of the Oregon Convention Center. The pieces are meant to commemorate the people who first lived in the Columbia River Gorge. Tribes are not identified, but each has a short written reflection. Below are a few plaques from the series.

Bronze Plaque Series Available to the Private Collector


Thunderbird, Bronze plaque, 9"x7"x3", one of a series of five commissioned by the Army Corps of Engineers for their in-lieu buildings. Additional examples available at The Bonnie Kahn Gallery, Portland, OR.
